Deposit Terms and Conditions

• We require a $60 deposit to confirm a Recording session. This deposit is applied as a CREDIT to your balance at the end of a session.
• Deposit is due 72 hrs before the scheduled session. Deposits made within 72 hrs of a scheduled session are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• You can pay your deposit with a Credit Card safely and securely through Our Store or via the PayPal link above.
• Final payment is due at the end of the Recording session.
  
• Please arrive at the studio with the means to pay for your session.
  
• All mixes, CD-R's, hard drives, etc. shall remain the property of Certain Sparks until all invoices are paid in full.
• You will not get a CD till you have paid in FULL. No Exceptions!
  
• You will be treated with fairness and respect.
