Terms & Conditions

Below are our common terms & conditions for recording, music lessons, & products. Recording Terms & Conditions We require a $50 deposit to confirm a Recording session. This deposit is applied as a CREDIT to your balance at the end of a session. Deposit is due 72 hrs before the scheduled session. Deposits made within 72 hrs of a scheduled session are NON-REFUNDABLE. You can pay your deposit with a Credit Card safely and securely through Our Store or via the PayPal link on our Home Page. Final payment is due at the end of the Recording session. Please arrive at the studio with the means to pay for your session. All mixes, CD-R's, hard drives, etc. shall remain the property of Certain Sparks until all invoices are paid in full. Music Lessons Terms & Conditions We require payment in full 24 hours prior to any music lesson appointment. Payment arrangements need to be handled by music instructor via email Product Terms & Conditions All products are gauranteed under normal manufacturing policies & vary from product to product You will be treated with fairness and respect.
